Frank was a good father, a kind man and a outstanding police officer. It was a pleasure to have worked with him during my years as Mayor. When my Dad (who was a fomer police officer) passed, Frank took time to provide assistance and consolation to my Mom. She never forgot him for his kindness.

Officer Frank was a straight up good guy. Always was nice to us teens (at that time back in the 70's) when most of the other officers were not. Fair and a gentleman! RIP!

RIP, Frank! He was a good guy who always took time to stop his cruiser to say a few words to my sons when they were little. Fondly remembered. Just relayed the news to my son, who is a cop with the NYPD now.
