VIDEO: Dog, 3, Returns to Hopatcong's Pound
Playful pup needs to be trained to walk on a leash, pound employee says.
He's still here.
Caesar, a 3-year-old Boxer mix, was adopted from Hopatcong's animal pound a month ago only to be returned a few days later. Pound employee Mary Koegler said the would-be owner brought the dog back because of his penchant for jumping a 4-foot fence in the owner's backyard.
Koegler said Caesar is well-behaved, but needs to be trained to walk on a leash. He can be adopted from Hopatcong's animal pound for $15.

Maybe since he is still young and apparently quite able to jump a fence and no doubt run fast you may consider asking the Police if they would consider training him for K9 duty. He may prove to be a great asset and find his home there.
