Both listed don't even come close, well maybe for some Hopatcong Folk, they think Franks Pizza is romantic

BeachBum you live here too. Must you insult Hopatcong residents in every post you make?

I equate both these restaurants to community supported restaurants where you bring friends and family more than a romantic place. I have had a great experience in both places with friends, family, and social functions. I wish them both a prosperous business in Hopatcong. They both have reached out to the community and they both offer good culinary dishes. Frank's is a good place for bringing the younger school age crowd. The food at Franks is good too but a little too noisy for me. Franks offers some sophisticated dishes on their daily menu if you don't want to just eat pizza. Having been on business travel to other states outside the NY metro area you will understand that even Franks offers an upscale menu for a Pizza place. You really have the leave the NY Metro area - which Hopatcong is part of to realize we have good food. All 3 places have been in business for a few years and today that means they must be doing something right. I have seen a lot of other places come and go where I can no longer remember their names.
