A Lake Hopatcong resident devoured 15 hot dogs in 10 minutes to win the fourth annual Sabretti's Hot Dog Eating Contest Saturday at Hopatcong Days.
Israel Negron, who beat 10 other competitors, earned $2,203.39 raised by Sabretti's from the following donors:
