Sparta Program Aims to Boost Self Esteem for Teen Girls

The Youth Advocate Program seeks more girls to take part in upcoming 10-week session.

The Youth Advocate Program's Sparta office is seeking teenaged girls interested in boosting their self esteem.

The office is looking for more girls, ages 13 to 17, to sign up in order for the 10-week program to start the week of July 16. The sessions, which each last one hour, are run by a licensed clinician.

Topics that will be addressed include:

  • Who am I?
  • Choices
  • Communication
  • Emotions
  • Relationships
  • Self esteem
  • Stress
  • Reaching out
  • Tough times
  • Who I am
