For the past 13 years, Window Genie owner Stephen Sarafin has focused on delivering top-notch customer service. His dedication to customers and clients has made his business a success.

Window Genie opened in 2001 as a professional cleaning company. Sarafin made sure to keep his future and the future of the company open to endless possibilities by offering window cleaning and tinting,  gutter cleaning and an array of other services.

Sarafin believes that when it comes to customer service, it is always worth going the extra mile. He places emphasis on returning phone calls and said that even though this alone is not enough it can always make a difference.

Sarafin’s emphasis on customers and customer service has proven to be the key to success.

“We love our clients and always put them first,” Sarafin said. His customers have returned the favor by remaining loyal even through the hardest of economic times, by “really taking advantage” of the services Window Genie offers.

“We are always doing the little things to show the clients how much they mean to us,” said Sarafin.

The company now operates as a mobile cleaning services company, accommodating Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon, Sussex and Warren counties. Focusing their talents on the “big three” components Window Genie specializes in window cleaning, window tinting and pressure, and window washing.

Sticking with Sarafin’s original quest to remain open, the company also offers dryer vent cleaning, chandelier cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, in addition to a line-up of other services.
