Belly Dancing Becoming Very Popular Again

The reason I personally like, no love, belly dancing is because I don't ever feel like I'm exercising and I get a lot of results without jumping around a lot and it's tons of fun, and so feminine!   I love dancing in general and find myself feeling guilty if I don't get to dance a few times a week, but I don't always feel in the mood to jump around and sweat  like we do with the aerobic-style classes, like Zumba and Bhangra, so I skip exercising sometimes.   And I hear other women say that's why they come to the belly dance classes because they can still get a good workout no matter what mood they're in because there are a lot of the isometric moves are just standing in one spot or moving very little like figure 8's and snake arms and shimmies...love those shimmies, it's like one of those old exercise machines from the '50's.   What a great way to get a workout without hurting knees or feet!   SO THAT'S THE APPEAL OF BELLY DANCING, and of course we wear hip scarves and jingle a lot...   Come join us, you may love it as much as we do, Tuesdays at 6:40 p.m. and Fridays at 6:40 p.m.   Need more info:  973-398-0098 or go to www.ronniesdancing.com.   Discounts available if you take both classes.
