- You Need to Know About Kindergarten Registration: You can sign your children up for kindergarten at today through Thursday. There will be registration Thursday night, too.
- You Need to Know About Last Weekend: Hopatcong's Dan Haines and Miguel Burgos each made the state wrestling championships in Atlantic City. That signaled the end of Hopatcong's winter sports season. Spring sports began in earnest Friday and Saturday.
- You Need to Know About Tuesday's Meetings: Lots happening at on Tuesday, from the 6:30 p.m. mayor and council meeting concerning the budget to the 8 p.m. recreation commission meeting.
- You Need to Know About Court: Hopatcong's municipal court starts at 7:30 p.m. at borough hall. Every fourth week of the month it begins at 2 p.m. Also, remember the community dispute committee meets at 7:30 p.m.
- You Need to Know About Borough Business: The Business Association meets at 7 p.m. at the upper level. with association President Bob Winegar from a while back. He owns two Hopatcong businesses—Bob's Place and KaBob's.
