Nicholas Foit, 28, was charged with promoting prostitution during a collaborative investigation based out of Middlesex County.

Motorist Accused of Snapping Pole, Lying to Cops

A Sparta man led police on a weekend-long search after crashing his car into a utility pole. As a result, a friend he called to pick him up at the scene crashed her car into the pole that was lying on the ground. He fled the scene, police said.
