Slow week in the borough, but here's a snapshot of the movement next door.

No homes came off the market last week in Hopatcong, according to AOL Real Estate, but eight did in the Jefferson. Here is more on what sold, and for what, this past week.

Meanwhile in Hopatcong, the median selling price is $175,000, and the starting price had a median of $179,900, a 2.7% discount. Who would buy in Hopatcong with a sewer bill of $322.50 quarterly to flush your toilet not to mention the crumbling roads and dying or non-existant business
