PHOTOS: Club Stocks Lake Hopatcong With 2,000 Trout
Knee Deep Club needs five boats, 30 trips to dump $13,000 of fish.
More than 2,000 trout have a new address: Lake Hopatcong.
The Knee Deep Club sponsored the 65th annual stocking of Lake Hopatcong, purchasing about $13,000 worth of trout from Musky Trout Hatchery in Asbury, NJ.
Three varieties of trout—brown, rainbow and brook—were brought to Dow’s Marina and distributed to volunteers, who, using pontoon boats, strategically dumped fish around the lake.

It took five boats about 30 trips to various parts of the lake to get all the fish in the water.
