VIDEO: Sneak Peak at Community Garden
Hopatcong's own begins to take shape, prepares for late-spring opening.
The project seems to be chugging along.
Borough resident Rob Bond captured several moments of the Hopatcong Community Garden's creation over the weekend. In the Youtube video above, volunteers and workers can be seen spreading dirt for plots and, around the five-minute mark, pulling huge rocks from the earth from the Bell Avenue—right behind the Hopatcong Plaza—site.
(If you live in Hopatcong and know anything about gardening, the rocks don't much surprise you.)
