NO VOTE ON SCHOOL BUDGET IF … Hopatcong schools passed a resolution Monday night moving school board elections from April to November. As part of the resolution, if Hopatcong's budget proposal stays within the 2-percent tax cap, it won't be subject to public vote. Click for more.

HOPATCONG PRINCIPAL REMEMBERS PATERNO Hopatcong Middle School Principal Lou Benfatti said Joe Paterno, who died at age 85 last Sunday, left a legacy and was "a great man." Benfatti played for Paterno at Penn State from 1989 to 1993. Click for more.
