Hopatcong residents are invited to a Get Out the Vote Rally sponsored by the Hopatcong Independent Club Oct. 29 from 7-10 p.m. at the Hopatcong Senior Center, 32 Lakeside Blvd.
The club has asked the borough's candidates for Hopatcong Board of Education to appear, along with Bob Morris, Independent candidate for Sussex County surrogate. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided, and word has it Elvis will be in the building too.
