Class
actually starts 6:40 - 7:40 pm –
Monthly rate is $30/4 wks ($25 for 3) in same month; we use the toning sticks
(provided) for at least half of the class, we get a serious workout, warmup and
cool down, and then we cover either Bhangra, Belly dancing or Veil work every
now and then for that extra burst of toning. Everything’s included, just bring a
bottle of water.
You must register before class starts so
we can keep class size limited. Drop
