Salt Water Fishing Report

Saltwater report - Fishing is heating up down the shore, and crabbing is making a comeback from prior weeks. Stripers, Blues and bottom fishing are all getting better as the weather cools. Bait is everywhere in the surf and at the mouths of all the inlets. Barnegat Bay is producing weakfish, blowfish, Stripers and Bluefish, along with some outstanding crabbing. A 17lb Fluke was recently caught, how’s that for a doormat?? There have been numerous 5 thru 12 lb Fluke in the deeper water and around the Shrewsbury Rocks. Get in on the action now.
