Who is Hopatcong-Sparta's Person of the Year in 2013?

Hopatcong and Sparta have had quite a year.

We're just weeks away from turning the calendar on 2013, a year in which we saw great accomplishments and, sadly, lost loved neighbors.

So, we're asking you, our readers, to nominate a "Person of the Year" for 2013.

We're not limiting nominations to single persons, either. Do you think it was a group that did something noteworthy this year? How about a sports team, a grassroots community organization or maybe a local business that made a difference in the community?

Or, maybe you want to honor someone posthumously.
