Obituary: Marie Moretti passed away Friday July 6th at the age of 87. Born in Jersey City, NJ, Marie moved to Hopatcong with her late husband Rocco Moretti and her family in 1958. She has been a resident of Hopatcong for 54 years. Marie worked at the Borough of Hopatcong for many years. She loved spending time with her family, especially for various holidays and family events. Marie enjoyed traveling, reading, and swimming. Her greatest joy in life was her family and all of their achievements. Marie is survived by ten children, Vincent, Eleanor, John, Frances, AnnMarie, Lorraine, Linda, Virginia, Anthony, and Catherine, 25 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. She is also the proud mother of the late Joseph Moretti.
