HOMEOWNERS SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP & SHOULD BE TOWN ENFORCED

Hopatcong should follow this community & implement fines for those homes that are neglected,  have debris, etc pilling up. There are so many neglected properties it looks awful and nothing is ever done!
