Why is something of that value sitting in an unlocked car? How is it that someone would let this go unnoticed for a period of 8 - 9 days??

How do we even know this bike was taken while it was in this jurisdiction,Possibly a car thats doesnt move has no INS and is being used for storage,obviously... if it was this Ins move then he would have clearly told police the bike was taken last night......a better question,With all these tax increases why do we have to shovel/clear out the fire hydrants of snow and now sweep up all the stone at the edge of our properties...paying outs....pentions...medical...DPW...fire voluteers...what the ell is happening to this world! the more the curruption the higher the cost and the lazier they get !
