Brady's girlfriend, Abigail Smith, 18, of Hopatcong, and Justin Faschan, 18, of Andover, were each charged with fourth-degree possession of marijuana over 50 grams and third-degree possession of marijuana with intent to distribute greater than 1 ounce and less than 5 pounds.

Smith's parents were not charged. Brady moved into their home about three months ago and had been selling marijuana from the residence, Kmetz said.
