Don't suppose you've been planning on shopping for bras at the Victoria's Secret in the Quaker Bridge Mall?

On April 8, police were alerted to the theft of about $1,000 worth of merchandise from the store. Been Victimized? There's An App For That: A Union man was arrested after a South Orange resident reported that someone broke into her home and stole several articles of jewelry—as well as an iPad. . Thinking about a life of crime? Recalculate that.

Maybe They Were Just Taking it for a Spin: A Bloomfield woman recently reported a theft from a car at Montclair State University.  She told police she had parked her Ford Probe at about 10 a.m. on Valley Road near Normal Avenue in Upper Montclair while taking a class at college. When she returned to the car later in the day, she discovered the lock on the passenger’s side door had been damaged—and that a Hula Hoop had been stolen from the back seat. There were no suspects at the time, but if you notice any of your friends are looking dizzier than usual, be sure to call the cops.
