Woman in car charged with driving while intoxicated.
A complaint of suspicious activity around 4 a.m. on May 7 led to the arrests of a Hopatcong woman and a Stanhope man, police said.
Police said officers responded to a report of four unidentified males standing on a resident's property. Victoria Riser of Hopatcong and Frank Melick of Stanhope were found in a car across the street, with Riser in the front and Melick in the back, police said.
Police said Riser's breath smelled of alcohol.

Riser was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to exhibit documents and refusal to submit to a breath test. Melick was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
