Police said Sherlock slurred her words and had a strong smell of alcohol on her breath. Police said Sherlock told them she crashed when she turned around to yell at her kids,  who were fighting in the backseat. Police said Sherlock's in-laws responded to the scene and retrieved the children.

Police said Sherlock took two breath tests and had a blood-alcohol content of .31 percent.
