Cops: Woman Had Pot Pipe, Liquor Underage
The following arrest information was supplied by the Hopatcong police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A Succasunna woman drove with a pot pipe and an alcoholic beverage, though she was underage, police said.
Alicia Purdy, 20, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and liquor underage.
Purdy was pulled over on Lakeside Bouldevard after an officer noticed her headlight was out, police said. The officer saw a bottle wrapped in clothing behind the passenger seat on the floor, police said. The officer asked Purdy to show it to him, police said. It turned out to be an alcoholic beverage, police said.

Purdy gave the officer permission to search her car, police said. Inside an officer found a white marijuana pipe, police said.
Purdy was processed and released, police said.
