Couple Charged With Stealing $15K From Soccer Club in Court Monday
Matthew Simon, 37, and Stacey Siegel, 34, were charged with third-degree theft and conspiracy in January.
Two Hopatcong residents will have their first appearance in a Sussex County court Monday morning in Newton.
Matthew Simon, 37, and Stacey Siegel, 34, were charged with third-degree theft and conspiracy in January and will appear before Judge N. Peter Conforti for an early disposition conference, where the pair could be offered a plea agreement.
Police said the couple took a trip with their children to California last April and purchased airline tickets, hotel accommodations, a car rental and gas, and made several ATM withdrawals on the club's tab.
