Most towns like Hopatcong have the same drug problem, but our Police dept has made an extraordinary effort in drug interdiction to minimize the crimes of theft and burglary effecting all the citizens of our town. I am glad they publish all the arrests which will make them not come here.

I know how you feel Tracy. I'm guessing it's fun for someone to be able to anonymously trash the town we live in, but it's getting tired already. If it's so bad why don't you do something about it to make it better. I love our town and I am so grateful for the great people that have become like family over the years.

There was a time there you could leave your doors and windows open. No more them days long gone they need 40 more cops to clean up the drug problem there. They send our cops to other towns under cover with our tax $$$$$ then promote them when they get back and don't take care of the problem here. Look at the cops who went undercover there sergeants, detectives even chiefs and look at some who been on force 10-15 years are patrolmen cause they never worked for other towns. JOKE POLICE DEPARTMENT HERE
