Hearing Delayed Again for Couple Accused of Theft

Status conference moved to Aug. 8 for couple accused of stealing $20K from booster club.

A status conference for a Hopatcong couple accused of stealing $20,000 from a  borough soccer league has been moved to next month.

This delay marks the .

The hearing was scheduled for Wednesday before Superior County Judge Peter Conforti in the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton. However, the clerk said Wednesday it was taken off the schedule and moved to Aug. 8.
