Resident Admits Breaking Man's Arm, Having 60 Bags of Heroin
Also admits to stealing money.
A Hopatcong man has admitted to breaking another man's arm, possessing 60 bags of heroin and stealing money.
Eric Faulkner, 27, pleaded guilty to second-degree aggravated assault, third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance, third-degree theft and fourth-degree resisting arrest, according to the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office.
Faulker admitted he broke another man's arm after a dispute via text message on Dec. 30, 2009, the prosecutor's office said. He also admitted to having 60 bags of heroin in Sparta on Feb. 24, 2010, the prosecutor's office said. Finally, Faulkner admitted to stealing money from three people at a Andover Holiday Inn and running from the police on Dec. 23, 2010, the prosecutor's office said.

Faulker's sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 8.
