“The Bloomfield Police Department’s involvement in locating Elizabeth consisted of periodically checking the house where she was eventually located on several prior occasions with negative results since March 25,” Bloomfield Police Sgt. Anthony Servedio told Patch.

“We also had an officer present this morning when she was located by Franklin Borough Detective Mattessich,” Servedio said. “We are happy that through the efforts of many concerned people, Elizabeth has been located safe, in good health and reunited with her family.”
