Police: Hopatcong Man Rams Car With Pickup Truck
Police: Justin Koenig, 29, was charged with aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.
Mount Arlington police said a 29-year-old Hopatcong man was charged with aggravated assault with a motor vehicle after he rammed another man's car with his pickup truck while driving on Route 80 and Howard Boulevard in Mount Arlington during the early morning of March 12.
Justin Koenig was also charged with criminal mischief, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident.
Police said Koenig argued with the another man at a bar and followed the the man in his vehicle when he left. Police said the man eventually eluded Koenig and called the police.
Koenig was released after posting bail.
