Police: With No License, Man Drove Drunk

The following arrest information was supplied by the Hopatcong police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Pennsylvania man drove drunk with a suspended license, said.

Detective Ryan Tracey pulled over 51-year-old Peter Petrosino after watching him cross over the double-yellow line and tailgate another car at 2:06 p.m. Friday on Maxim Drive, police said.

Petrosino, of Blakeslee, Pa., showed Tracey his Pennsylvania drivers' license, but his New Jersey license was suspended, police said.

After failing field sobriety test, Petrosino was arrested and charged with driving while in toxicated, failure to keep right, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and tailgating, police said.

Petrosino was later released, police said.
