Question: Does Hopatcong Have a Drug Problem?
Everybody has opinions. Patch is the place to share them.
Robert Brennan said eliminating drugs in Hopatcong was among his highest concerns as the borough's newly-appointed police chief.
"We have a drug problem that we need to address, that we're taking care of," Brennan said. There were more than 10 drug arrests in Hopatcong in March. Three of them were for heroin.
It wouldn't be a stretch to say illegal drugs are in almost every town.
