Roxbury Man Still Wanted For 'Operation Roxicong,' Cops Say

29-year-old Steve Howell eluded cops since month-long drug investigation.

Police are still looking for a Roxbury man wanted on multiple drug charges since last month, according to an article on NJ.com.

Steve Howell, 29, has eluded cops ever since the month-long drug investigation dubbed "Operation Roxicong" was completed in late October, Roxbury Detective Rich Ricco told NJ.com.

The joint drug operation led Roxbury and Hopatcong police departments to arrest 25 people charged with offenses related to distribution of drugs including heroin, marijuana and prescription drugs on Oct. 24.

Howell is 5-foot-6, has blond hair and brown eyes, and tattoos on his abdomen, Ricco told NJ.com. He said Howell was last seen driving a brown Jeep Grand Cherokee with the license plate U39BVG in either Rockaway or Hackettstown.

Howell was charged last month with possession of a CDS, possession with intent to distribute a CDS, distribution of a CDS, conspiracy to possess a CDS, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a CDS, and conspiracy to distribute a CDS.
