Sparta Man Indicted for Allegedly Breaking Into College Building

A Sparta man was indicted last month for breaking into a Sussex County Community College building and stealing from a vending machine, the prosecutor's office said.
Kevin A. Daly, 36, was indicted on burglary and criminal mischief charges for the Aug. 8, 2013 incident, according to the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office.
Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton is expected within the next month, the prosecutor's office said.
