How long have you lived in Hopatcong? I lived in Hopatcong for 54 years.

What do you see as the most pressing issues in a coming term, and what would you do about them? The most pressing issues facing Hopatcong today are all about spending. We need to control our spending in order to make our community more affordable. To be successful we have to spend according to what we need and not according to what we want. We should continue to look for shared services that save the borough money and benefit the residents. Also pursue energy efficiency programs that reduce energy costs and reduce our carbon footprint. The Borough should continue to explore redevelopment opportunities throughout the town so we can create new streams of revenue and jobs.
