Two remaining lots are up for auction Aug. 7.

Written by Michael Daigle

Hoptcong Borough has sold two of four properties it had placed up for auction and is planning to unload the remaining pair by summer's end.

The properties are small unused parcels that the borough acquired over time. The council set a goal this year of selling as many of the parcels as possible and get them back on the tax rolls.
