Relay for Life

Relay for Life is a volunter based community event that aims to raise money for cancer research and cancer patients as well as spread cancer awareness.

This is Hopatcong's first Relay for Life event and we hope to make it such a success that it will continue annually hereafter.

There will be live music (Goodbye Friday and Rewind the Crisis!), a DJ, themed laps, a free pizza party, free arts and crafts, the local ice cream man is coming, a photo booth and more!

There will be 2 Zumba classes ($5 donation for an hour class) and Sunrise Yoga, face painting, massages and manicures, games such as volleyball and bean bag toss, etc.

Cancer prevention education and American Cancer Society info will also be available.

The craft and vendor fair will be open from 4pm to 9pm.

We will be holding a Luminaria Ceremony to honor those who we have lost to cancer and will surround the track in luminaria bags. We are creating a slideshow of those who we have lost to cancer. Please email us a photo of a loved one at hopatcongrelayforlife@gmail.com!

This event is free and open to the public until 9 pm! After the Luminaria Ceremony at 9pm, only registered participants are permitted to stay overnight.
