Hopatcong Schools Remain Closed Tuesday
Hurricane Sandy also postpones Hopatcong and Sparta BOE meetings to Thursday.
The Hopatcong Borough School District announced Monday afternoon that all schools and offices will remain closed on Tuesday due to weather conditions from Hurricane Sandy.
All Sparta schools will also stay closed on Tuesday, as they announced on the district website on Sunday night.
Both of the Hopatcong and Sparta BOE meetings that were supposed to be held on Monday are rescheduled to Thursday.

Towns across Sussex, Morris, Somerset, Passaic and Warren experienced power outages through Monday afternoon.
The storm is expected to produce more than 4 inches of rain in the area over the next several days, with the heaviest rain on Monday.
