School Technology Center Opens Web to Hopatcong Community

The school district offers Internet access to the entire community.

Not every person has his or her own computer or Internet access. So Hopatcong Borough Schools is doing its part to ensure that the community has an avenue to getting onto the information superhighway.

The Hopatcong Technology Center is a state of the art laboratory at Hopatcong High School that features 48 user workstations, two instructor stations, two projectors and surround sound.  During the day, the center is used by teachers and their students. But on certain evenings, the Technology Center is open to the public, and can be utilized to do work, print documents and access the Internet.

The center is open Monday through Thursday from 2:15-6:30 p.m. It is closed on Fridays, weekends and any day before a holiday.
