WOW!! that all i have to say about this place. I couldnt believe how good the pizza and food was!! and on top of that the interior was just eye popping! such a nice pizzeria, well decorated, clean, friendly atmosphere and the people were so nice! I just moved to town a little over a month now and am glad i found this place!! this place sure as hell beats joeys pizza and is by far the best pizzeria in town and one of the best pizzerias i have EVER been too!!!!
I love this place! im in there at least once a week and is always good! pizza is the most delicious i have ever had.. there pizza reminds me of the pizza i had growing up in brooklyn.. its hard to find pizza that compares to the pizza i had growing up. I have tried the others i town and i dont understand how people can actaully like it.. i guess they dont understand what good pizza is.. franks you guys are great! and i appreciate all you do for this town as well! everytime there is a fundraiser i always see your name there!
right on dog lover!!!! service is always welcoming, fast and friendly and the food is always great!!! :-) the employees are always conversational my wife and I are in every friday and will be going back for as long as we live in the area.... and even if we leave we will pay a friendly visit now and again... you rock frank!!! AND STAFF!!!!
To marialakedweller.. I have been going to franks for many many years and have met and gotten to know many of the waitresses that have worked there over time, along with the 2 girls up front.. they have all been nothing but great and friendly servers.. people.. NOT creatures. And fine young ladies. How dare you speak of people you don't even know like that? Customer to customer, I am so terribly sorry that the world doesn't drop to their knees and cater to your every whim after your "day at work" but just as stressful as your day was, how do you think they feel having to deal with whiny customers like you all day? You have a lot of nerve. Id like to see you deal with half of the stuff they do. Barely passing for women? Where do you get off taking their job of catering to YOU, to a personal level? Where do you get off publicly bashing them for doing what you believe to be a poor job when in reality you probably caught them in the middle of dealing with two dozen other customers just like you, or maybe they even were having their own personal HUMAN problems going on in the back of their mind, and then how do you think they'd feel to see your nasty remark calling them CREATURES in your review.. a review strictly supposed to be about their service but you took it to a much more personal level. Nice
As a local with few dining choices, I really wanted to make Frank's happen. I actually like him personally, but the female staff has made it impossible to give them my money anymore. They are classless rude creatures who are barely passing for women. The best part is stopping by to pick up your dinner before you go home then you have to deal with someone with a terrible attitude. No smile, etc. I was so turned off the last time I went, I found something MUCH better...LA VIGNA.
Great food, great prices, great atmosphere. Wish there was delivery!
Franks has very good food - we get take out or go there at least once a week. We never have a bad meal or bad pizza from there! Their kids menu is decent too and I like how they are kid friendly.
It would be nice if they made there calzones fresh instead cutting open the ones that have been sitting all day or days to fill em
I have been going to Franks Pizza for years and their food is awesome! The staff are friendly and its a family owned business which I enjoy supporting. Kevin the "Pizza Guy" is great and has been there for many years and everybody loves him. He loves to give back and supports the community with fundraisers for the Hopatcong schools and teams. The Pizza is great and their dinners are great too! We have also had Kevin cater a few parties for us and everything turns out great and our guests love the food!
We've had nothing but bad experiences with Frank's. I know it's popular with people, but for us, it hasn't been good and we no longer go there. The pizza is very crunchy, dry and thick (cardboard quality crust). The staff is the rudest I've encountered locally. What's good about Frank's is the interior -- nice ambiance, lots of seating in a very fancy setting, but so far, that's the only good we can find in this establishment. We've been there for team parties, private dining and takeout, and have yet to come away saying that the food or experience was good.

Went to another pizzeria in town to see what else was out there and deeply regret it. (wont name the pizzeria but its close by) nothing compares to franks and no one can compeat with the quailty of the food they have. i have been going to franks since i was a kid and have to say they r consistantly the best around!!
