Just went to Nails Plus for my first pedicure of the season. Even though I haven't been there since last fall, Kim remembered my name and greeted me with a warm smile! Still the cleanest nail salon in town and the friendliest. They are also doing facials now and I can't wait to go back and try one out!

Clean salon with a great view of the lake. Kim is personable and welcoming, her staff all does great work. The prices are reasonable and she has several packages to choose from. They also do massage, facials and waxing but I have only used their nail services.

Kim has a personality that sets her business apart from all other nail salons in the area. You feel comfortable, like a welcome guest, in her salon. The attention to detail is something I have not experienced elsewhere in local nail salons, and there is a consistency in staffing that is a welcome change.

This place is the absolute best salon ever! Kim and the girls are always nice and she has the best prices around! The Pedis are to die for and Kim does an amazing job on nails! She is also a very talented artist and you can find her paintings in the salon. When customer service seems to be sorely lacking these days, Kim owns it with a kind word and warm smile! Two very pretty manicured thumbs up!

While I was having my nails done at nails plus, I felt like being home because the owner and staffs made me so comfortable. The skills of the owner and staffs are very incredible compared to others in other nail shops based on my long experience. I would like to emphasize that the shop is really clean and wide. Also, there is a beautiful lake right in front of the shop so I am so expecting for this summer so that I can see the wonderful lakeview while getting my nails. The owner and staffs are very friendly and kind so if it is the first time for you to visit the shop, do not hesistate!

After going to other nail places i got tired of feeling like i was being talked about in a foreign language, right in front of me. When i went to nail plus it was different. Kim made me feel at home and i came with 9 people and she and her staff made us feel like welcomed guests. also i live above the salon, a week after they opened i had a christmas bake at my house during the day and a party at night. My daughter went down stairs to tell them that there may be a lot of cars in the lot for this. Kim asked my daughter how many women would be attending and sent up gift certificates for pedicures for my guests. Let me tell you while we were baking 6 of my guests went down for their pedicures and also got manicures. this was something that never happens now a days. We brought her a tray of cookies as a thank you. I would recomend this salon to anyone who wants good quality work and friendly people.

This nail salon has had many diffrent owners and many people working here since I have lived in the area. The salon is again open under new ownership and the new staff and owner are the nicest people every. I have visited many nail salons in the area and felt as if I was just another customer. Kim and her staff (Sandra & Jennifer) make you feel like family and completly welcome. The prices are great compared to other places I have been and the work they do is well worth it. Disregard what it says above, Nail Plus is now open 7 days a week ( Mon-Sat 9am-7pm, Sun 10am-5pm) and strive to provide the best customer service possible. Stop in and give them a chance and I am sure you will agree they are a great group of people who do fantastic work.
