If the place rated so high, why did it close so fast?

I hope someone buys this soon. It would make a great steakhouse, or perhaps even an ale house.

My 5 yr old loves this place!! And he especially loves Dolly the waitress! The staff is always so pleasant & nice all the time and the food is so good! Love the chicken franchise! The prices are a little high BUT you get what you pay for and what you get is great food and service!

I come here at leas once a week with my family the food is always fresh i love everything on the menu the size of the food is hug they give you so much food that you even have enough for left over i love this place the most because i can bring my kids with me it not one of those junky bars its a family place im so glad we finnaly have a good place to come and eat in this town everything is good from there warps and burgers to there steaks and even there dinner specials i pesonally think this is the best spot aroung to come and eat i give them FIVE STARS !!!!!!!!!

At least a few times a month we come here for dinner during the week.
I never had a bad meal there. The soup is awesome too. It is so nice to have a diner type restaurant in Hopatcong and we dont have to drive out of town. I thought the sevice was great too

I thought the food was great tried a little bit of everything but the cheeseburger was awesome cooked exactly the way i asked and the portions were perfect! I will definitely go back!

Nice cozy place, and the food is alright but costs too much for what it is.

This is an upscale diner - we like it b/c it's kid friendly and the atmosphere is nicer than a diner. I Hope they stay in business as that location has had bad luck over the yaers!

Food was great, service was nice and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised. Tried this place last year and the menu was rediculously large - now it is quite nice. The burgers and fries were done perfectly, the portions are large, and the price is reasonable. Establishment is clean and the service is excellent. Will definately be a return customer.

The service was helpful but the place didn't match the name. I felt like I was in an italian resturant which i think it was previously. The only problem was it was a bar and grill. The price was a little high and food only average. But serivce was accomadating.

Lived here for 25 years and never thought to go there. We finally tried it and what a pleasant surprise! The food was great the atmosphere pleasant and the Karaoke was so much fun. Were hooked!

Asked for a burger well done, it came out in less than 5 minutes completely pink. Bartender never even asked how it was or why i only took 2 bites of it. My friend and I were the only 2 people in the place so i find it hard to believe the cook needed the grille space. In addition to that i also watched the bartender pick her nose right behind the bar. Dont waste your time there is a reason this management keeps failing!

As diner food goes (and this is a diner despite its name), this is very good. If you're looking for elegance and restaurant dining, perhaps you'd be better to go elsewhere... but we went in expecting diner food and came out pleasantly surprised at the quality of it. The downsides to the place are it's very small, takes awhile to get out once you've sat down, the ambiance doesn't really go with the type of establishment is it and they really had nothing for the kids to do while they waited for their food (no coloring pages, etc.). Overall, though, I'd recommend it for something close to home and pretty tasty.

This place is average at best. Offers a wide variety of choices, like a dinner. Service needs some work.
