Moon, 2 things: 1. you can post whatever you want about Oregon, that is about as relevant to the NJRead More motor vehicle code as a seagull fart in a hurricane; 2. As you are clearly a "sovereign citizen" wacko please find the nearest tall structure to jump off of and stop spouting your useless drivel. Your ilk have been laughed out of every court they have tried their nonsense in. Complaints against police for treason and kidnapping, attempting liens against their houses, demanding payment in gold bullion for millions of dollars in penalties, declaring their property sovereign from the US government. It's laughable and pathetic, just stop.
SecretSquirrel July 24, 2014 at 12:11 am
Aaaand just so we're clear regarding the NJ motor vehicle code N.J.S.A Title 39 Chapter 1 Section 1Read More lists the following: "Driver" means the rider or driver of a horse, bicycle or motorcycle or the driver or operator of a motor vehicle, unless otherwise specified. and furthermore regarding chapter 4 of the above title governing moving violations: 39:4-1. The provisions of this chapter applicable to the drivers of vehicles on the highways shall also apply to the drivers of all vehicles owned or operated by this State, the United States, any territorial or Federal district, any other State or any county, municipality or any other political subdivision thereof, subject to such specific exceptions as are set forth in this chapter. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the owners and drivers of vehicles on highways, roadways, driveways, parking areas or upon any grounds owned and maintained by the State of New Jersey, or any State department or agency, the counties, the municipalities and the school district boards of education of this State. This chapter shall not apply to persons, teams, motor vehicles and other equipment while actually engaged in work on the surface of a highway, but shall apply to such persons and vehicles when traveling to or from the work. But thanks for comin out.

I have no doubts at all that the NJ State Police are in fact looking out for the good of all of ourRead More citizens and their intentions are good and just. However, All Law enforcement authorities at every level of government are extremely prejudiced in their enforcements of the laws. They routinely go out of their way to enforce driving laws at this type of concert event, yet other concerts and events that are attended by mostly rich and wealthy people are ignored entirely. When is the last time anyone saw a check point at a Country Club? When is the last time anyone has seen a check point at any political convention? While I have on complaints about checkpoints __ My time has Value also. If I want a police motor vehicle accident report I am charged for their time to produce the report. When I am delayed in a checkpoint for 15 minutes I also want to be Compensated for my time. Our US Constitution is clear __ The government must pay us Just Compensation when the take our property from us __ and to me my time is very valuable property to me and we are all deserving of compensation when the police take our time away from us with delays at checkpoints.

For a snake expert to see the head and neck of a 14 foot snake and not able to grab it as it swamRead More past his leg, sounds like billable hours to me. I've owned and handled these snakes before and as an expert he should have been able to get the snake. If the snake wanted the man he would have went after him. I've had boas that would let a rat bite them without doing anything back. For the most part, these snakes will strike at you if they feel threatened, but will not kill for the heck of it. They kill to eat. Now granted a constrictor will throw his body around but if your not seen as prey they will not intentionally kill you. Doesn't seem as if he has much of a plan to capture the snake. Unfortunately it will probably be killed due to somebody else's irresponsibility!

They'll also likely bankroll the government programs that keep old people chugging along, in the form of sales taxes. The shooter was an ex-con. He HATED police. For some reason, he has had enough. Maybe he was drunkRead More or stoned & didn't want to go back to jail. So he grabs a security guards gun & waits for the police to arrive & opens up on them. After killing the first cop the next two cops to arrive on the scene open up on him & kill him. If you look at the people who frequent Walmart, you get a clear, pathetic, pitiful, picture of theRead More core of the problem. Severely undereducated, easily brainwash-able, very apparent lack of self value. Perfect target voter for the republiscams. Without these types, the right wingers might eke out 10 pr 20% of the vote every election. Its no wonder why the red states are the poorest educated in the country.

A subject in Jersey City stabbed a security guard and took the guard's handgun. When a two manRead More police car responded the subject shot and killed the officer on the passenger side and was then shot and killed by the police. If the woman owns a gun legally she should know the laws period. Laws are the laws if we like themRead More or not. I hope they cut her a break for being honest but it is her responsibility to know the laws. Ignorance of Law is no defense in the United States.
William July 21, 2014 at 08:24 pm
Thank You jersey girl. When a person legally Buys a Gun a Responsibility and Accountability comesRead More along with it. Just as with a Drivers Lic. Even tho one is a Right and one is a Privilege. Ignorance is not Bliss. Plain and simple she broke New Jersey Law, No matter the excuse The court will decide not The Public Court of Opinions, Just because in Penn. one can walk in Buy a Gun and the law says you have a right to Carry, does not give you the same rights in any other states. And THUDNJ You really think The Federal GOV. would do a better job . IRS-VA- CIA -FBI Yea Right. And to repeat my Self To Obtain a New Jersey Firearm Purchasing Permit, Be it Pistol or Shotgun. It goes threw back Ground checks From Local Police , State Police and Federal ( FBI ) checks, So in essence She or any one from out of State should have more rights the a New Jersey Citizen. And THUDNJ it is The Federal Gov, Us Senators and Congress that are coming up with these screwy laws, So every time some one is found with a Loaded gun in their car from out of State or MEXICO where they bought it Legally Most with no Background Checks or Even a Drivers LIC. Where A Drivers LIC. will be given to the Illegals if obamanation has his way they just have to say I did not know it was Illegal I am Sorry, This whole story can go on and on with Opinions when IT IS THE LAW of New Jersey she Broke,

Ya i no the cause of death may seem obvious, I was just saying that with the facts stated in theRead More article, it just didn't seem to be an important topic to write about or inform people about. The news of his passing doesn't concern anyone other then his friends and family. I'm not saying what he did was right by any means, I am just saying that the way this article was written was poor. If it written to prove a point, I honestly think it failed at doing so. I've whiteness how this addiction affect its users, i get it. People very close to me have been addicted and did some shitty things to and I am not trying to justify any of that, It was their choice, you are right about that. However, writing an article with very little facts to go on and no point being made, does nothing but hurt the families dealing with this loss. He wasn't know in this town as a 'druggie' those who grew up with him and/or went to school with him, knew him to be a fun and goofy kid, and this article was just hurtful. We're not trying to idolize him, we are just trying to stand up for someone who doesn't have a voice anymore, someone who is being disrespected and deserves to be remembered for all his good times which out weigh the bad. Something I am sure you would do to, had you been close to someone who passed and is shown publicly as this awful troublemaker, when you know that was his darkest time and shouldn't be seen as that. I will agree with you that he was given every opportunity to live, as we all are, and it is sad to see people fall down this dark path of addiction, but who are we to publicly shine a light on his worse mistakes after they are gone? This is a small town new blog, this type of information does not need to be shared, especially when all the article seemed to be trying to do is have the viewers click on links.
Angela Marie July 9, 2014 at 07:36 pm
Dame, this is not the issue at hand. The issue at hand is the fact that the article had been writtenRead More not for purposes of giving an example to the youth but rather it seems because there was nothing else to discuss. It also as though they made him seem as this person whom he was not. It is unnecessary to have an article like this up on a local, hometown page when, as you can see, is not truthfully to whom Drew was.
Ray July 10, 2014 at 10:53 am

Kickbacks (GREED) is part of what makes drugs so expensive! Chris Christie - HERE is a good placeRead More to start with cleaning up NJ corruption. We all do not live down the shore. Come fix North Jersey too.

C'mon CC! What the heck does the Guv'nor have to do with allegations in a civil court case? Do youRead More want the Guv to be responsible for our trash pickup misadventures, too? The JS issues are natural disaster-related so, of course, that falls under Head-of-State purview. Potential corporate criminal matters are for our prosecutors to handle - ok? It seems a new national pastime to pile on CC for every ill or perceived pain in NJ. It's mostly public union driven aided by their willing accomplices in the msm, of course. Given that the prevailing lean economic times have finally caught up with the unrealistic bloated pensions and relatively short working careers of our "public servants," we real taxpayers shouldn't fall for their "death throw" histrionics. They need to wakeup and adapt to these economic times just like we did 2 decades ago....
