Ribbon cutting and open house draw community to high-tech facility .

The County College of Morris Board of Trustees hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house at the college’s new Schuyler Place, Morristown, location on Jan. 27. The facility was provided by the Morris County Board of Freeholders and consists of more than 5,000 square feet of classroom and administrative office space. The new location also features six high-tech classrooms, including two computer labs. “We are grateful to the Freeholders for providing this space and for the outstanding renovations, “said CCM President Edward J. While the purpose of his appearance on the John Gambling Show wasn't to discuss the passing of Assemblyman Alex DeCroce, County College of Morris (CCM) President Edward Yaw's dialogue with guest host Steve Adubato quickly turned to the topic during their WOR News Radio interview. "He was here when I first came here 30 years ago," Yaw said. "He was on the board of trustees for years and chairman of the board for four." DeCroce served on the CCM board of trustees from 1971-72 and 1973-82 and was chairman from 1977-81. As the economy teeters between struggling and recovering, longtime County College of Morris (CCM) President Edward Yaw has continued to push the envelope to make sure his institution is a realistic option for those seeking career advancement. Speaking to guest host Steve Adubato on WOR's John Gambling Show, the longtime CCM President discussed the evolution of the county college.
