Memorial Fundraiser For Mt. Olive Native Thursday
Friends rallying around the family of Budd Lake native and Belvidere resident Chris Connors who was killed in a car accident on Route 46 in October.
Friends of Chris Connors, the Mt. Olive Native killed in a car accident on route 46 in October, are hoping to make the holidays a little brighter for his family by hosting a fundraiser Thursday night at 8 p.m. at the Corner Pub in Flanders. Connors left behind wife Michelle and children Michael, 12, Alexis, 11, Justin, 8, and Kayla, 7. This is not the first fundraiser organized for the Connors clan since the accident. Connors was known in life as someone loved by everyone, and his spirit of thoughfulness and putting others first sparked a grassroots efforts to give back to his family in their time of need. i lost family that day too i don't mind what they did but i am tired of the town complaining they don't have money for this and that but the maintenance department does alot of favors for their family cause i live on a block where the work is done on more ›
