An investigation into a Hopatcong man with warrants turned up cocaine, police said. Officer James Bianculli saw Anthony Troyano, 38, driving out of Hopatcong via Lakeside Boulevard with one headlight not working, police said. So Bianculli pulled him over, police said. Bianculli learned Troyano had warrants out for his arrest, so he instructed Troyano to drive to the Hopatcong police department as he followed, police said. When they arrived at the department, a search of Troyano revealed metal screens, commonly used for smoking crack cocaine, in his pockets, police said. A wild party packed with about 200 people at the Wildwood Shores clubhouse ended abruptly when police found drugs on three men, Lt. Tom Kmetz said. Sgt. Joseph Magrini and Officers David Kraus, Gerald Mancuso and James Bianculli thought the building was on fire due to smoke emanating from the clubhouse when they responded to a noise complaint on Woodland Avenue around midnight Saturday, Kmetz said.
